Right now my tree is laden with Granny Smith apples which are full of vitamin C! and Feijoas which contain Vitamin A, Iron, Calcium and potassium! Also many types of fruit all contain dietary fibre which aids in digestion!
Having large amount ripe at once.. gather them all, chop and freeze for wonderful baking, deserts, and smoothies throughout the winter months!
